Prepaid Orders Only: All orders must be paid online at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and other circumstances.

Returns: We currently do not accept returns. Please check your product selection and delivery details before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us promptly with clear photos/videos of the package and product so the issue can be reviewed.

Customer Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
